How to use this tool

1. Enter the 13-digit South African ID number of the SRD applicant.
2. Enter the 10-digit cellphone number registered with SASSA for that application.
3. Press Check Status. You will be taken to the status results page with the outcome for each recent payment month.

Tip: on the results page, tap any month marked declined or pending to open the resource that explains what to do next.

September 2026 Payment Dates

SASSA publishes the SRD R370 pay run in the week before payments start. We update this within 24 hours of the official release.
