You qualify if
- Parents or legal guardians must live permanently inside the Garden Route municipal boundaries.
- You must be a current matric student or already possess a matric certificate.
- You must plan to register for or currently pursue full-time tertiary studies for the 2027 academic year.
- Your tertiary institution or TVET college must be registered and SAQA accredited.
You do not qualify if
- Students whose parents reside outside the Garden Route district boundaries.
- Part-time, online, or distance learning studies.
- Studies at unaccredited private learning centers.

- Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
- Signed cover letter
- Certified copy of South African identity document
- Certified copy of latest matric results or matric certificate
- Certified copy of most recent tertiary academic record if currently studying
- Certified proof of institutional registration and study costs
