Before You Email Us
Why is my grant showing as "Pending"?
This means SASSA is currently verifying your details with Home Affairs and SARS. grantZA cannot speed up this process. You simply have to wait for the system to update.
The mobile app won't open on my phone.
Try clearing your app cache. Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > grantZA > Storage, and tap "Clear Cache". If the issue persists, let us know using the form above.
How do I change my banking details?
We cannot change your details for you. You must navigate to the official SASSA SRD portal (srd.sassa.gov.za) and submit your new bank account information there.
