Who can apply

You qualify if

  • You must be a South African citizen.
  • You must be accepted or registered for an eligible postgraduate degree at an ISFAP partner institution.
  • You must have completed your undergraduate studies with good academic results.
  • You must satisfy the financial eligibility criteria established by ISFAP for postgraduate awards.

You do not qualify if

  • Non-South African citizens are not eligible to apply.
  • Students enrolled at non-partner public universities or private institutions cannot be funded.
  • Applicants pursuing qualifications outside the specified postgraduate list are excluded.

Documents you need to submit

  • Certified copy of your South African identity document
  • Certified copy of your official academic transcript
  • Proof of university admission or conditional acceptance letter
  • Completed and signed ISFAP consent form
  • Proof of household income and supporting financial documents
