About this bursary
The Kuehne+Nagel Inzuzo Trust offers financial support to Black female South Africans studying at accredited universities across the country. Funding covers specified undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in commerce, logistics, and IT.
Established in 2012, the Trust aims to empower young professionals through higher education. It selects candidates who demonstrate solid academic achievement, leadership quality, and financial need.
First-year students are not funded under this scheme. Applicants must be moving into their second, third, or postgraduate year of study in 2027. Students living with disabilities are welcome to apply.

Who can apply
You qualify if
- Must be a South African citizen who is Black and female.
- Must have completed matric and be studying full-time at an accredited public university.
- Must be entering your second year, third year, or postgraduate level in 2027.
- Must have obtained a minimum overall average of 60% in your latest academic year.
- Must show financial need and active participation in school, university, or community leadership activities.
You do not qualify if
- First-year university students are not eligible for funding.
- Male applicants and non-South African citizens do not qualify.
Documents you need to submit
- Certified copy of your South African identity document
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Certified copy of your matric certificate
- Certified complete university academic transcript from your first year onwards
- Official university letter of registration or provisional acceptance on official letterhead
- Certified copies of high school or university achievements in academics, sport, or leadership
- Stamped reference letter from a teacher or lecturer using page 12 of the application form
- University fee quotation or account statement covering tuition, books, and accommodation
- Certified proof of household income such as payslips, affidavits, or grant statements
- Certified proof of residence for parents or guardians
- Detailed curriculum vitae not exceeding four pages
