About this bursary
The SAPOA Bursary Trust funds South African youth pursuing degrees in property and built environment fields. Created by the South African Property Owners Association, the trust supports full-time university students while offering ongoing academic mentoring.
The association established the trust to encourage historical redress, promote property careers to young people, and train qualified professionals for the commercial property market. Preference is given to students who face financial barriers to higher education.
Funding is available for undergraduate degree programmes as well as honours and postgraduate diploma studies in relevant qualifications.
