Who can apply
You qualify if
- You must be a South African citizen studying towards an accredited property valuation qualification.
- Applicants must have completed their first year of study, including initial valuation subjects.
- You must be entering your second year or higher, or pursuing postgraduate valuation studies in 2027.
- Your tertiary institution must hold accreditation from the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession.
- You must hold registered student membership with the South African Institute of Valuers.
- Demonstrated financial need is required, alongside a clean record of receiving no other bursary or grant funding.
You do not qualify if
- First-year students who have not completed initial valuation subjects are ineligible.
- Students receiving any alternative bursaries, grants, or study allowances do not qualify.
- Applicants studying at institutions unaccredited by the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession will not be considered.

- Recent academic progress report or results transcript on university letterhead
- Statement of outstanding modules following the 2026 academic year on official letterhead
