About this bursary
The Tomorrow Trust Bursary provides financial and personal support to South African students pursuing full-time undergraduate degrees in science, technology, engineering, property sciences, and IT. The award pays for core tertiary expenses, including tuition fees, accommodation, textbooks, equipment, and living allowances.
Established to support youth from vulnerable backgrounds, the non-profit organization focuses on helping learners gain tertiary qualifications and step into stable careers. Alongside financial funding, successful applicants receive individual mentorship, emotional guidance, masterclasses, and skills development workshops.

Who can apply
You qualify if
- You must be a South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old.
- You need to be currently in Grade 12 or already hold a Matric certificate.
- An overall academic average of at least 60% is required.
- You must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time for an undergraduate degree at a South African public university.
- Your combined annual household income must not exceed R350 000.
- Your field of study must fall under Science, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Property Sciences.
You do not qualify if
- Postgraduate students are not eligible.
- Students attending private higher education institutions do not qualify.
- Applicants with a total household income higher than R350 000 per year cannot apply.

- Certified copy of South African ID document
- Latest Grade 12 results if currently in Matric
- Matric certificate if completed Grade 12
- Full academic transcript if currently studying at university
- Proof of university acceptance or registration
- Personal motivation letter
