About this bursary

Who can apply
You qualify if
- You must be a South African citizen.
- You must have recently completed your Matric examinations.
- Strong academic performance in Mathematics and Science is required.
- You must intend to study full-time at an accredited South African university.
- Your chosen qualification must fall within engineering, geology, or finance.
- You should demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career within mining.
- Preference is given to residents of Wards 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 49, 70, and 127.
You do not qualify if
- Non-South African citizens are not eligible to apply.
- Applications for unapproved fields of study will not be considered.
- Incomplete submissions missing required supporting documents will be disqualified.
